What we do
Roofing is our most requested service and we treat it that way. We start by inspecting the roof deck, flashing, and ventilation so we can tell you honestly whether a repair will hold or a replacement is the better spend. Replacements include tear-off and disposal, deck repair where it is needed, underlayment, drip edge, flashing details around chimneys and valleys, and new shingles installed to the manufacturer's specification. Leak and storm repairs are handled quickly, because water travelling through framing and drywall costs far more than the shingles above it. All roofing work carries our 2-year workmanship warranty.
