What areas do you serve?

We are based in Landaff and work throughout Littleton, Lancaster, Whitefield, Lisbon, Bath, Woodsville, Franconia, and the surrounding towns. We cover most of New Hampshire and will travel roughly 70 miles depending on the size of the project. If you are not sure whether you are in range, call us — we will tell you straight away.

Is your work guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every project we complete carries a 2-year workmanship warranty in addition to any manufacturer warranty on the materials used. If something we installed is not performing the way it should, call us and we will come back and take care of it.

Question 3

Do you handle plumbing and electrical work?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not take on plumbing or electrical work. Everything else on a renovation — framing, roofing, siding, drywall, tile, flooring, trim, and paint — is handled by our own crew, and when a project needs a licensed plumber or electrician we tell you up front and schedule our work around theirs so the job keeps moving.

How do estimates work, and how soon can you start?

Accepted Answer

Call, text, or send us the form and we will talk through what you need. We then look at the property, work out the scope, materials, and labour, and put together a written estimate built around your project rather than a generic price list. Once you approve it we schedule the work and give you an expected timeline. We answer emergency calls 24 hours a day for urgent damage.
