Bathroom renovations look small and behave like large projects. The room is tight, several trades pass through it, and the finishes are unforgiving because every corner is visible from the doorway.
The delays are predictable. Tile chosen late and back-ordered. A vanity that arrives in the wrong size. A decision on the shower base that nobody wanted to make until the walls were already open. Every one of those pauses stops the whole sequence, because tile cannot start until the substrate is set and paint cannot start until tile is done.
So we ask for the selections up front: tile, vanity, fixtures, flooring, paint. With those in hand, demolition, framing adjustments, drywall, tile, and finish work run in one continuous line instead of stopping every few days.
We handle the framing, drywall, tile, flooring, trim, and paint ourselves. Plumbing and electrical are not services we offer, so we tell you early what your licensed trades will need to do and we work our schedule around them.
Done this way, a bathroom is a matter of weeks rather than a season of half-finished rooms.
